All students should have received an email to the primary email account on file which would have been from our online portal called “Perfect Mind”.  This email would have requested that you either CREATE or RESET your username and password for the online registration portal.  Below you will see a step by step guide on how to create your account and register for classes each week.  If you did not receive this email, please send us a message and we will help you set it up.

Reserve In-Person Class

Please also keep in mind the following:

  • Times are identical for Live Zoom Classes and In-Person Classes
  • Only In-Person classes require pre-registration
  • PLEASE ONLY REGISTER FOR 1 IN-PERSON CLASS EACH WEEK!
  • We require 24 hour cancellation notice if you can no longer attend a class you registered for.  Please do this by emailing us at info@rockysilvasamericankarate.com
  • Registration for the following week becomes available each Monday at 12:00am and is first come first serve basis
  • If you are on a waiting list and a spot becomes available, an instructor will contact you to confirm your attendance.  If you do not hear from us, then the class was full.

Step 1

To begin using our online portal to register for  in-person classes, you must first create or reset your account.  The email address we have on file as your primary email will be the account that receives the reset/create prompt as seen above.  You will then proceed by clicking the links in the email to set-up your user name and password.  We recommend using your primary email that this was sent to as your user name, and select a password that is easy to remember.

Step 2

Now that you have an active account within the portal, you will be able to use 2 main options. The first is the My Info tab which allows you to change basic user info including things like updating contact info. In the future, this may also be a place to view transactions and other histories associated with your account.

The main feature you will need is the Online Booking tab which will allow you to reserve your in-person classes.  Please click the Online Booking tab to begin.

Step 3

Once you have clicked Online Booking, you will be prompted to select the date for your students’ class.  Please be sure of the following when selecting a class to book into:

  • How many spots are still available?  It is on a first-come first-serve basis.  Classes become available at 12:00AM each Monday for the following week
  • Please only register for 1 in-person class per week
  • We advise you book into a class with availability; however you may go on a waiting list of up to 5 people if you have an alternative choice
  • You must provide RSAK with a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel your attendance in a class.  This is to ensure everyone has a spot for in-person training
  • Be sure you have selected the correct class name and time located on the left before you click Book

Click Book to proceed wit reserving the correct class.  If the Book option reads as Info, then the class is not ready to accept bookings at this time.

Step 4

This screen serves as a double checking of the class you are trying to reserve for you or your student.  Although the list at the bottom shows all future classes which will become available in the future, only the class listed in the banner at the top of the page is the one available for booking.  Click Book again to confirm this class.

Step 5

Here you will be prompted to select which students are going to be booked into the class.  If families have multiple students associated with the same primary email account, then they should be able to book students into the same class on this screen by selecting all of the students.  If students are in different classes, they will require separate reservation and booking entries.

Click Next to book the selected student into the class.  If you receive the above red error message, then it is likely that you already booked into this class.  If you have a question about whether you are booked into this class or not, please email us or call us for additional clarification.

Step 6

There are no fees associated with this booking.  All classes are included under your normal tuition.  Fee will read as $0 and you can click Checkout to finish your booking.

Step 7

Here you will have options for confirmation of your booking.  Email reminders will be sent 1 day and 1 hour prior to class start time.

Step 8

Your email confirmations should look similar to this.  Now you are ready to join us next week!  Please be sure to arrive with your uniform and belt already on and arrive only 10 minutes prior to class start time.

Step 9

This will resemble the confirmation email you receive which will confirm we received your booking for the given class.  If you do not see this, please check your spam or junk mail and be sure that communication@perfectmind.com is not blocked or marked as a spam email.
