This program incorporates workouts from several areas including Boxing, Kickboxing, Karate, Cross-Fit and Self-Defense Curriculums.

RSAK stands apart from other kickboxing programs because it’s not just a great workout – they focus on correct form and really help you improve your power. After 3 years in the program, I’m still learning and improving and most importantly – not bored! I also love how everyone in class supports and motivates each other. Would highly recommend!
