Our Basic Training class is designed for children between the ages of 7 and 12. This class, being the next step from Little Champions, is designed to be extremely value adding and will challenge students through a higher level of training. Lessons and curriculum are taught through 3 main avenues including auditory, visual and kinesthetic exercises. Students learn practical Self-Defense techniques and Forms, which put into practice the basic kicking, striking, blocking and stances from their core training. The goal of this program is to develop both the body and mind, while growing the students in areas of confidence, focus, discipline, responsibility and leadership. This foundation program will allow each child to have the necessary skills to progress into black belt training programs where they will work on achieving their ultimate goal of becoming a Black Belt.
