For our older teens and adults, we focus on the true tradition and discipline of the martial arts while simultaneously having fun and improving ones health.
Our Adults experience similar fundamental training including blocks, strikes, stances, kicks; but through a more challenging and educational approach. Our classes also heavily focus on important fitness elements including cardiovascular health, muscle and body conditioning and most importantly, mindfulness.
Whether you have no experience at all, or you trained as a child and the spark for training has returned, our Adult Martial Arts classes are for you. These classes also focus on traditional Tae Kwon Do forms and patterns, while incorporating new age practical self-defense to best equip any student for potential scenarios.
